Sous Chef – The White Hart Hotel, Lincoln
We are looking for a talented and driven Sous Chef to join the kitchen team at The White Hart Hotel in the heart of Lincoln.
Working closely alongside our Executive Chef and Head Chef, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a busy, multi-outlet food operation, including the award-winning 2 Rosette Antlers Restaurant.
Salary: £32,000 – £34,000 per year
About the Role
As Sous Chef, you will support the senior kitchen team in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring consistently high standards across all food outlets. You will be involved in service, prep, menu development, and maintaining quality and consistency throughout.
