Aim of Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Assistant to join our friendly team.You will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences across our restaurant, bar, terrace, and event spaces.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Create a warm, personalised welcome for every guest
• Taking food and drink orders
• Serving meals and beverages efficiently and professionally
• Preparing and setting up restaurant and bar areas
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentational standards
• Handling payments and operating the till
• Supporting weddings, events, and private functions
• Delivering outstanding customer service at all times

What We’re Looking For:

• Confidence in communication
• Customer service skills
• A warm, caring, and professional manner
• Previous hospitality experience (not essential)

• A positive, can-do attitude
• Teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Passion for food, drink, and guest service
• Someone who enjoys learning and development
