Reservations Agent (Central Team)
We are looking for a skilled, passionate and self-motivated administrative specialist to be part of our Central Reservations Office (CRO). This is a flexible position with hours available up to full-time (40 hours per week). It is a great opportunity for people who enjoy working within hospitality and delivering a great experience but would ideally like a more stable work pattern.
Office operating hours are between Monday – Friday 8.30am – 6.30pm.
Role offered at hourly rate or full-time salary equivalent to £26,000
About the role:
Our reservations agents are our first impression and real brand ambassadors for each of the properties being represented. They must be able to communicate well and build relationships with both our guests and onsite operational teams while being able to retain key information to deliver each guest service with authenticity. The central team report to the Central Reservations Lead and the onsite property teams are the CRO's internal customers. Collaboratively the team need to ensure that the bookings, sales and special package offers are well defined and appropriately sold to support maximising revenue and guest numbers for each site. While there is significant guest service elements within the role, there is also an expectation of being sales and target orientated to ensure that collectively the sales mix and KPI’s achieved are commercially sound.
The role is based in Hayle, Cornwall, but the 5 properties currently looked after by the Central Team stretch from The North East coast right down to The Lizard.
